我的婚紗是在所謂三大平價連鎖婚紗店 Demetrios, David's Bridal, Jordan Fashions 之一的 Demetrios 買的
這其中我只去了Demetrios 和 David's... David's的感覺就像下面這個女的形容
I call it the Wal-Mart of weddings.
Getting appointments is easy, getting attention at those appointments is another story. they vid'shave 1 assistant per 3 brides i'd say which means your assistant is running all over the place and you spend a lot of time waiting. other than that, they have a lot of choices, but regardless of what you might pick, you'll see at least 4 other brides try on the same dress while you're there. kind of a let down but oh well. pricing is decent, alterations are relatively quick. i'd recommend buying accessories elsewhere though. the incidentals like shoes, veil, garter, can be found other places for a lot cheaper.
I loved my dress but the alterations were insane. I paid 1100.00 for my dress and 800.00 for alterations...CRAZY! Go somewhere else for alterations.
而且好險沒有在David's訂...因為雖然他的禮服便宜(但是我看中的是樣也跟Demitrios差不多價錢)...但是會付出double的修改費...而且還是改不好
我生邊就有三個活生生的案例...發生比例也太高了
相對之下Demetrios的購物環境就舒服多了...Jordan我沒去是因為他的樣式比較老傳統...不是我的style
第一次去碰到的Sales Tracey 很有耐心... 也比較有經驗
之後去就再也找不到她...即使有預約也一樣
果真付了錢態度就變差...而且不是你的sales對你就很隨便...試穿就把你一個人丟在更衣室...只顧著跟其他員工聊天
再來就是從不會主動通知你...像是我看中的dress因為就借去trunk show...所以第二次試穿要等兩個禮拜
但是過了兩個禮拜都沒人打電話通知...等到我打電話給店裡他們才告訴我早就展完歸還店裡了
之後所有的follow up都要靠自己追蹤...幸好我時常去International Plaza逛...有事沒事都進店裡晃一下
所以沒有發生像下面網路評價中等不到衣服的情況
美國做事真的都很慢...因為我決定結婚到婚禮只有不到半年...所以店裡都說很趕很趕...要加快處理我的訂單
但是我還是等了4個月才拿到我的dress...明明就是事先設計...然後再第三世界大量生產的工廠出品（極有可能是MIC）...不知道為什麼要讓我等那麼久??
我又不會笨到以為有分size的dress還會是量身訂做的
我很喜歡我的dress...但是如果有錢的話...還是去那種高價 boutique 採購才會得到one by one的舒適對待

I ordered my dress through demetrios. i was 100% satisfied with my dress, it was the customer service that i was no too please with. The employees were not knowledgeable about too much going on, they seemed almost lazy. I ordered a color swatch for my bridesaidsdresses, and it was suppposed to ocme in in 2 weeks, and it took them 3 months. And still then they had to find the swatch bc i called and complained. My bridesmaids ordered their dresses their as well. They were in late and one bridesmaid didnt get her dress until 2 weeks befor emy wedding, when she was told itd be in a month and a half early. Then she kept calling in panic and they kept saying theyd call he rback after they looked into it and they never did. She had to keep calling... it was a nightmare!! |

This was one of the only areas of disapointment with our wedding. The dress was suppose to arrive Feb 26 for a May 9th wedding. It came in on April 17th! They never contacted me to keep me abreast of the status of my dress I was constantly calling them and everytime I did I got the same answer 7-10 days! My dress original design was a sweetheart design, I asked if since the dress was being made could I change to a straight across and remove one layer of tulle. When it finally came in, it had a sweetheart, no tulle removed and looked like it had been wadded up in a ball, extremely wrinkle also the zipper was complete exposed! VERY DISAPPOINTED... on top of that the had only a clear bag to put it in! I had to take it to my seamstress to try and fix the top of the dress the zipper remove a layer of tulle, and make the necessary alterations,. When I made a comment to them of all the mistakes and mess ups the manager showed no concern! They have beautiful dresses but I would recommend driving to Tampa if you must have a Demetrios dress.... |
